What’s a good place for travel in South India in July end?
what would be a good place for travel ( with friends) in south India during July end? There are typically many options, but most places are wet at this time of the year? Is Ooty/ Kodaikanal a good option? We are based at Bangalore and planning for a 3-4 day trip by the end of July. Plz let me know. Thanks
Kodaikanal, Kumeli, Munnar, Thekkady will be a good option than Ooty. And yes, be prepared to enjoy the rains. It will rain for sure in these parts any time of the day. Sunshine will appear a little lost.

Take an overnight train to Ernakulam. Head to Munnar. Stay there for a couple of days visting Thekkady and Kumeli. Travel to Kodaikanal from Munnar, overnight journey. From Kodaikanal return to Bangalore ex. Dindigul or Madurai by train.
